It tracked I-35 from OKC like a train to DFW. It was a perfect echo of that stretch of highway. [ link to weather.msfc.nasa.gov] go back a few hours and animate a loop.  serious OKC was point A, boiling stationary for a few hours, and then it was tapped and began ripping down I-35 like a wave of water flows over the edge of a levy, to the east until it was a solid curtain connecting the two metros. Then it dissolved.
