We never claimed to be the most civilized, just simply the most dominant hyperpower on the entire planet, bar none.
It must suck to be from a country much smaller than many States here in the U.S.A., and to be totally dependent upon such an "uncivilized" country for your protection from complete military annihilation. (your welcome)
