The video shows Ronald Poppo 65, sleeping on the side walk off the causeway ... As Eugene 31, is was walking at the same side walk towards Ronald (most definatlly not noticing Ronald sleeping by him) you should notice some one on a bicycle quickly pass Eugene and Ronald Poppo at the spot where Ronald was sleeping on the side walk! as this happen Eugene goes into a rage mode thinking some one try to attack him! so he started swinging his fist about (as he hit something, possibly the side walk rail) Eugene believe he knock that person that try to attack him to the ground! where Ronald Poppo was sleeping the whole time mistaking him for the attacker

because Eugene never noticed that Ronald Poppo was there the whole time sleeping on the same sidewalk as he was walking on it! he mistaken him for his attacker (which was really someone on a bicycle just passing quickly by)


Eugene bad judgement and action was possible influenced by drugs and alcohol

I agree. I'm praying for a quick and peaceful transition for him into the arms of the Lord. At this point he's on a respirator and a feeding tube so without the technology, he'd already be dead.

Poppo had apparently been sleeping at the zoo adjacent to the causeway on their parking ramp or something..a day or so prior to the attack he alledgedly was confronted by some outreach workers who gave him the boot.

He apparently then moved his 'place of residence' to a makeshift campsite adjacent to where the attack occurred. beneath the sidewalk and off to the right of the railing evident in the pictures.

it seems that the perp may have jumped over the railing attacked Poppo and then tossed the victim back over the railing? either that or Poppo just happened to encounter the perp while walking East towards the Zoo

Three problems that need to be addressed here in the U.S.

1) Drugs
2) Blacks
3) Homesexuality

My solution..drugs..get rid of them...blacks ..deport them..homosexuality..should be a crime against humanity.
