Why are people calling it "Face eating" and "Cannibal"? When clearly he did not try to "eat" the flesh, he simply ripped it off with his teeth spat it out and threw it away?  Wow, you're right. Simply ripping the face off with his teeth & gnawing face flesh, not bad. Now if he had swallowed, then it's heinous cannibalistic behavior.
