If it is drug related, the TPTB are flooding the drug market, in order for all hell to break loose. TPTB have been working for decades to put everything in place and then have the people request more protection. So, if you create chaos (screw with economy, jobs, housing, banks, etc) and blatantly piss everyone off, then when the time comes for martial law or people who are just waiting to try to bring the government down, then the sheep will cry to be stripped of their rights for protection. I believe that is the same as selling your soul to the devil.

Dude there no current drugs that make a person hungry for human flesh unless maybe some antidepressants. But bath salts or LSD . I am aware of PCP but the dude was eating the guy and growling. Not drugs.
