these sort of threads bring a lot of merit to the ideal that there are some serious retards posting on this site. if your argument amounts to 'nuh uh i know you are but what am i' maybe you should consider fucking off in general before subjecting yourself to the rest of us. as for the argument for / against ron paul. his strategy is a solid one, it just hasn't been played out in our lifetime, it has worked in the past though. it's a distant long shot, but not worth mocking. his movement has grown exponentially in the last 4 years and will continue to do so. the american populous is waking up now, you know it's true, you see it daily. anyone can say whatever they want about the man, that is your right. but if you're going by what people have done, and not what they say, ron paul is the consistent candidate. romney is more liberal than obama and wants to start more war. another war will take this country to the point of no return. if that's your game, i get it. but taking personal shots at people for their political opinions is cheap and makes both sides look idiotic.

When you look at what Ron Paul has done, there's just not a lot there. He can cast all the no votes in the world but without the ability to change anything it's for nothing. He didn't stop the war in iraq, he didn't stop the war in afghanistan, he didn't stop a lot of other "police actions" so if I judge by what he's done he won't stop the next one either.

It's great that more people are starting to believe in some of his ideas, that doesn't mean he's the man to get the job done.

the corrupt politicians would not vote his ideas, which in no way does that make him a failure. what ron paul stands for is what the people want.

if the people , not other corrupt politicians, but the people had the opportunity to vote(yes or no) for legislation brought forth by politicians, then and only then would ron paul have every singles one of his ideas be law.
