I don't know what kind of church you went to, but what they told you was a lie or you misunderstood.

You do not have to be perfect to enter into heaven, in fact you can't be perfect, nobody is perfect because we are all sinners. Yes, you too are a sinner, we all are.

That is why Jesus came and died on the cross for our sins, so we can be made clean through Him because He was perfect and He died in our place. It is only through Him and His sacrifice that you can be forgiven of your sins and enter into heaven.

This is the truth, 100% truth and nothing but the truth.

I hear so many people say "well, it's not my truth" or "my heart tells me different" and other things.

Well, there is truth and then there are non-truths. There is fact and fiction. People can deny it all they want to, they can be in denial of the truth, pretend that it doesn't exist or that it is really another way, but in the end the truth prevails one way or another, everyone will know. Problem is that many will find out that they were wrong after it's too late.

A woman is standing in a burning building. People are telling her there is a fire and to get out before it's too late. She goes into denial and says there is no fire, it's not her truth and she doesn't believe it because that makes her feel uncomfortable. She doesn't want to believe it, so she doesn't. Everything is fine she says, she believes it, it's her "truth". And it remains her truth until she dies in that fire..

Don't be that woman.........there is only one truth, and everything else is a lie.
