The company that bought out Diebold is connected to Goldman Sachs. Also, 2 former Goldman Sachs people are on the board of Scytl which is the vote tabulation software company in Spain that tabulates votes from Diebold machines, American elections. That includes primaries.

The vote tabulation software is rigged to flip votes based on precinct size - above 200 voters. Almost everytime it benefits Romney - owned by Goldman Sachs as is Obama.
Some flipping benefitted Santorum also.

In the states where the study was done, Ron Paul was the real winner, with his votes being flipped to Romney at certain percentages of votes in.

As the vote rigging is hiding the true support for Ron Paul, GOP oldtimers are shocked when the delegate conventions happen and the Ron Paul support shows up in overwhelming numbers.
They can rig the machine votes, but they can't rig the live warm and very real Ron Paul supporters. He is winning state after state in the delegate race. Romney is in a panic. Rule 38 states no delegate can be forced to vote for any candidate. Ron Paul delegates assigned to Romney don't have to vote Romney.
