It is not a crime to lie to your lawyer. George Zimmerman never testified in this case as far as I know, except while he was on the stand apologizing to Martin's family and being cross-examined afterwards.

Unless some of that testimony on the stand is shown to be false, Zimmerman has not committed perjury.
