Here I believe you have Isis who is now the guardian and also the left eye of Horus atop to the Double Lions with what appears to be a Leopard Head in the middle as well.

The left eye of Horus and Isis are significant as well for they do NOT represent the light. His left eye was black and the right of Horus would be white and represented the sun.
