Oh Mr Darwin, Super Star of stupidity, why did'evolution handicap the 'fittest' by 'creating' the human conscience?
"For whenever people of the nations that do not have law do by nature the things of the law, these people, although not having law, are a law to themselves. 15 They are the very ones who demonstrate the matter of the law to be written in their hearts, while their conscience is bearing witness with them and, between their own thoughts, they are being accused or even excused. 16 This will be in the day when God through Christ Jesus judges the secret things of mankind, according to the good news I declare." Romans 1:20-21
20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

Mr. Darwin has convinced the masses into a grand deception orchestrated by Satan himself. If you have a creator than you answer to that creator; but if you don't than it's a free for all. Look for these clues when confronting an evolutionist: Theory, maybe, assumed, possibly, think, probable, believe, guess. Same thing in biology class, we have to succumb to their way or we are not smart.

Do you realize, oh intellectually challenged OP, that the concept of evolution does not conflict at all with the concept of a God creator?

That evolution is not a replacement for God, but merely an explanation of 'how', rather than 'why'?

Perhaps you believe in a God so clumsy and lacking artfulness that he actually needs to remove a rib from a man to make a woman (a concept far more absurd than evolution, by orders of magnitude) and that he baked the earth in some celestial oven and crafted people with tools or whatever you retarded freaks believe.

But I for one believe in a God whose intelligence is so vast that he created everything out of a single event, a single equation. That his method of baking us in his God oven WAS evolution, a remarkable chain of events, a miracle of causality, designed to supply us with all the tools necessary for us to flourish, eons of developing immunities, survival instincts, social habits, etc.

But you go ahead and believe in your moronic fairy tale, where a GOD who creates a man out of thin air, suddenly and inexplicably needs to use a rib from the first one to create a second one. Absurd, silly tales, written by monkeys, read by monkeys, and posted in GLP forums, by monkeys.

No wonder you don't believe in evolution. If I'd never benefited from it, I probably wouldn't believe in it either.

LOL. It's good to challenge theory. Even better to challenge the subject matter, not attack or make fun of the person when they can't defend themselves.

Even after reading the scripture and title a couple times, it escapes me what one has to do with the other.

We probably agree more than disagree on Darwin and his theories, but it makes me want to defend him when he can't do it. Like he'd even care. lol

Questioning evolution does not in any way provide evidence for the notion that the Biblical God exists or created the the earth and made humans out of mud.

Why do you even bother? Why not just provide better evidence of your "God" then there is for evolution?

Also your altruism argument is stupid, as the explanations giving within the framework of evolution fit a lot better then "god did it"!

History reveals what becomes of civilization when the God given conscience is ignored;
"But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here.  For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal,  having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness,  betrayers, headstrong, puffed up [with pride], lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away.  For from these arise those men who slyly work their way into households and lead as their captives weak women loaded down with sins, led by various desires,  always learning and yet never able to come to an accurate knowledge of truth." 2Ti3:1

'Concious' is a human institution.

It did not exist before mankind.

It is a manufactured institution, that benefits the wolves, who consume the sheep. 'Concious', as defined as a moral construct, is LEARNED... NOT genetically ingrained, as an evolutionary phenom would be.

And that is the whole of it.

Concious is not "evolution"... yet the creation of a moral construct itself by the elite is a maladaptive evolutionary progression, maladaptive for those that employ it, adaptive for those who maneuver through it.

- cancer is not a mutation of cells, but their irregular growth.
- only mutations that contribute to beneficiary traits of species survive on a long run; that's how evolution works.

Evolution equipped man with consciences as a result of the fact that those willing to work together as units/tribes/communities had a much greater chance of survival and prosperity than those who acted in pure selfishness. That, combined with the most basic bonds that develop purely from familiarity would also render early man unwilling to harm others in his social circle because he *likes* them, and feels a need to protect them.

There are many other species of animal that are social, stay together, work together, willingly follow the social structure and rules of the group.

Yes. How do you imagine the theoretical 'evolution' thing which has no brain or consciousness, is able to understand moral principals, and design and equip brains with moral facalties?
"For God’s wrath is being revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who are suppressing the truth in an unrighteous way, 19 because what may be known about God is manifest among them, for God made it manifest to them. 20 For his invisible [qualities] are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable; 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God nor did they thank him, but they became empty-headed in their reasonings and their unintelligent heart became darkened. 22 Although asserting they were wise, they became foolish 23 and turned the glory of the incorruptible God into something like the image of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed creatures and creeping things." Yes. How do you imagine the theoretical 'evolution' thing which has no brain or consciousness, is able to understand moral principals, and design and equip brains with moral facalties?

 Quoting: DGN

It doesn't NEED to have a brain, intent is not required. This is the problem, people like you fundamentally misunderstand the entire concept, and continue to try to anthropomorphize it.

Familiar bonds occur as a simple result of how our brains work. These bonds occur between us and not only other people, but inanimate objects as well. Our minds favor familiarity and routine. The more we do something, the more we see something, the more we share favorable experiences with someone, the more comfortable and familiar it becomes. With this comes an ego association, ie, you hurt my favorite thing, you're hurting me. Ergo, I do not want to hurt my favorite things or people, and I will prevent you from hurting my favorite things, my favorite people, etc.

Developing social habits are merely a result of intelligence. I notice that I eat better, more easily defeat rivals, and generally prosper more when I am with a group of like-minded individuals. I notice that when I disobey the rules, when I give into my baser instincts, when I act 'immorally' towards my fellow tribemates, I get kicked out of the tribe. I notice that when I resist my carnal urges, when I resist harming others in the tribe, I continue to be accepted. My survival now depends on my ability to remain 'moral' within the social rules of the group. Eventually, as with all social protocols, it simply becomes an instinct. Generation after generation, the social instinct is passed down, becoming more and more embedded in our nature.

On the evolution side of things, survival of the fittest simply dictates that those humans who conformed to social behavior had a much greater chance of surviving. Those who remained antisocial, remained on their own, and were much easier to be killed by animals and other tribes, so naturally, the social humans would gradually outbreed the antisocial humans.

The evolution of morality has continued to unfold before our very eyes, since the creation of the Bible. People in that day were horribly antisocial and immoral, even when in complete concordance with 'God's law'. Over the ages our sense of morality has evolved to the point where we realize that even if the Bible tells us to stone people (including our children) to death for infractions, we know it's wrong. Our morality, YOUR morality, has evolved to the point where it is now superior to the God of the Bible. This is an undeniable fact, as evidenced by the fact that you blatantly disregard the 'rules' of the Bible that you do not morally agree with.
