I am putting this out there again for decision, it is in caps because that was the way I received it, so I copied it just as
it was. Except I put spaces for easier reading.

I don't agree with everything in the letter, I didn't think highly of F.D.R. as a president, and his new deal wasn't that great. I am pretty sure the guys name wasn't Scofield, but if his resume was correct his is either pass on from this world or pretty old now.

The things that were written back then have been hurling in recently. He was right about Nixon, Clinton etc.., how much
more is up to debate.

I thought the July date seemed important for some reason, July 1984. must be something to that date.

I do hope some of you read, this and see if you can put together a timeline. Who, what, when and where, what has
been do and see if you can come up with the reason it was
written.

I do know the signature and writing style was of an older person. Just the words used and the way he or she signed the
paper.
