How to beat paying a payday loan legally.

I don't think this will stand up in a court of law...and if you did it and were brought before a judge, you might just be facing fraud charges

In speaking with my dad recently as he is preparing his "final" documents, shall we say, he is all concerned about deeding the house over to his children in case he need an equity loan in the future to pay taxes or debts or something. My response -- who gives a rat's ass about that stuff? Charge the freaking taxes or medical bill. If the CC company is stupid enough to give a $5K "loan" to a 70-year-old guy, let them. If my dad dies before he pays it off, oh well! Maybe he'll pay it off, maybe he won't. Yes, let the buyer beware, but let the LENDER beware too! That is the message I get from Neo. Let the lender beware. If big banks can screw us taxpayers over and over, I don't care if the little guy gets to screw them back once in a while.

On a side note, I have heard, not sure if it's true, to be very careful when signing a loan with one of the American Indian creditors that promise to have money in your account the next day. Because they are on Indian reservations, they don't have to abide by U.S. laws. That means no bankruptcy or anything.

It was on another forum, that I cant link, they are saying that the cc companies are sending out new contracts but they just keep signing it in a box.

You are not doing anything legally.

If you have no assets, no employment, and your income is completely protected (social security, for example) - then, assuming your loan is unsecured, you cannot pay it back. So you do not.

However, if you are hiding assets or have employment income, then your unsecured loan is subject to garnishment and asset seizure.

By stating publicly on this website that you have no intention of paying a loan rather than you would like to pay the loan but do not have the ability to do so, then you are engaged in an illegal activity.

Helping to bring it down will only land you one the wrong side of this if true chaos breaks out.

I worked for Q.C. financial, Quik Cash, and they do anything they can to keep their customers coming back. Even by exploiting gray areas of the law. And when I refused to do so they threatened to fire me, even though I had the best collection numbers that store had ever seen. They are dirty rotten liar out for nothing but their customers money.
