The only hint i can give is an indirect one, the council of 7, the rulers of
the world, have been in power since before the time of jesus, and though they have grown from being able to influence small countries to being now able to control even large countries as well as some religious institutions, they are still far more powerful than just political control, they know the secrets of the old world, as do me and a few in the know.

Oh and the council is not ever changing, they are older than most countries today.
