As a kid -- probably around 3-4 years old, I do remember levitating on a few occassions. Not just floating, but moving very quickly through the house and being anywhere I wanted in a matter of seconds. Very vivid experience like I was trying to track something down. Not sure what, but freaky.

I also could see things that no-one else could like a weird tank looking thing rolling by the house with alien type of heads, like 4 big ole' mellons/heads at least a couple feet in diameter. I could hear it getting closer and closer, then would run to the window and try to show my parents. Now at that time I did live across from an armory (in Manitowoc , Wisconsin)

When in high-school one night my dad had told me (the next morning) Why was there so much noise and what were you doing lying in the closet? By that time though I had started drinking, but this was an odd experience, not typical of how I acted after drinking.

No, except from surgery.

I never went under a general anesthetic until I had back surgery. That was fine, but two months later I needed to get my 50-year old mandatory colonoscopy. That i think they use a different drug, I was supposed to be in a twilight, but I was in a lot better place. It was simply amazing. I was flying thrugh the universe as fast as could be, blowing by stars, through solar systems, into open space, then into more stars, lights, beautiful lights. I know it was drug induced, but incredible. They found some things in the results (nothing life threatening) but want me to have another c-scope every two years. Even with the literal shit you have to go through the day before and the embarrassment of the whole thing, I would love to have that experience again.

Ouch -- Hope that don't happen to me as my two years is coming due soon.

What is worse is ehn you are in post op. I normally can control by gas, but no way one can do it after that. first thing I said to the nurse after ripping some loud ones that everyone could here was, "who stuck an air compressor up my ass?". I said it loud too where everyone in the joint could hear.

But I'll deal with that again if I can have that cool out of body experience that I had the first time around.
