I used to feel others peoples feelings, know when someone was hungry or feeling tired. Occasionally, I would completely mirror them in body language. I was just like whoever I was with. Eventually I called myself the boundaryless wonder. It affected my health. I learned the difference between my energy and others and how to be separate. My life improved with insensitivity. :) or boundaries.
