Maybe It's Rabies

It's a possibility.
I was wondering the other day if rabid animals have a tendency to go for the face.

"Bath salts" have been out a long time but theres been many horror stories all of a sudden. That stuff causes homicidal aggression no doubt, but I'm wondering, (aside from how the heck is that considered safe enough to be legal, when it's worse than controlled substances) if theres something more going on or how this substance is causing this rabies like affect, where the person basically becomes so crazy irate they lose their soul? They seem to have found the killer drug they wanted in Vietnam. You know creates super strong killing machines, maybe it was a social exp. Maybe they were drugged against their will with a super cocked up dose of it.
