You aren't paying for anything. What you are paying for is to keep you busy working so you don't have time to get deeply involved in learning anything significant. Hence the Rush Learning Defecit Disorder.

blaming someone for claiming state benefits is ridiculous.

how many people do you know who claim state benefits do so because they wrote the legislature? none

the benefits that people claim are the ones they are able to claim as the government dictates.

10 Surprising Facts about Free Government Cell Phones

[link to www.freegovernmentcellphones.net]

Yes, we said free government cell phones. There’s a little known government program called Lifeline Assistance that provides free cell phones and free minutes for needy Americans. And as the economy slows down, the program speeds up.

Here are ten surprising facts about free government cell phones and the people who have them.

1. Over 10 million free government cell phones are now in use. The program began in 1999 with landline phones, but since the first wireless phone was handed out in mid-2008 its growth has accelerated rapidly.

2. In 38 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico, companies offer government cell phones. The program has come a long way quickly since it began in Tennessee in mid-2008 — expect coverage in all states soon.

3. You can qualify for a free government cell phone simply by accepting other government assistance. Medicaid, food stamps, SSI, National School Lunch, Section 8 Housing, etc. Don’t worry about providing proof. The program will take your word for it.
4. You can qualify for a free government cell phone in some states if your household income is 150% of the poverty level. Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island and Texas, to be specific. But in all the other states you can qualify with an income 135% of federal poverty guidelines.

5. It’s nicknamed the Obama Phone. Calling this the “Obama Phone” an inaccurate appellation, however, because contrary to the rumors the first free cell phone was doled out under President Bush, not President Obama.

6. Illegal aliens are welcome. The program’s rules don’t exclude non-U.S. citizens and there is no mechanism in place to verify citizenship. That will undoubtedly result in reduced funds available for Americans.

7. The world’s richest man in the biggest player. Carlos Slim, the Mexican billionaire and world’s richest man, owns Safelink Wireless, the original and largest company in the free government cell phone business.

8. The program is plagued with fraud. Here’s just one example out of many: The population of Puerto Rico is 4,000,000 and the government estimates that 200,000 of Puerto Ricans have fraudulent free phone accounts. More fraud means fewer free phones for those truly in need. Fortunately, the FCC is going after the fraud.

9. Oddballs. 38 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico participate in the free government cell phone program. In 38 of those jurisdictions, the program provides a free cell phone and 250 free minutes per month. The oddballs? In California customers pay $1 for 1000 minutes, in Alaska they pay $1 for unlimited talk and text, and in Oklahoma it’s $2.50 for 250 minutes.

10. If you like the free government cell phone program, you’re going to love the free government internet program. Cheaper internet for the poor is already here, but now the FCC has proposed a new program to offer free internet and low-cost computers to America’s needy.

I hope you people understand about debt. And about how debt is never meant to be paid off.

The system of debt enslavement is quite simple.

They put cheap money into circulation through loans.

You pay money back with interest.

In a fractional reserve banking system the only way money is created is through the loaning of money to people on their promise to pay it back.

If all loans were paid off there would be no money in circulation which would cause deflation and economic collapse.( This is actually impossible because you would run out of money before they were all paid off due to interest.)

If all loans are forgiven then there is no mechanism to take money out of the system which then causes hyperinflation and economic collapse.

So the only way to get rid of the fractional reserve banking system is complete collapse. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY.

The only way to prevent collapse is for the money supply to increase modestly every year. If the banks don't loan out the money to the people or businesses/corporations at a fast enough pace to increase the money supply then through interest and payments of loans the money supply will decrease. If the government has to put 1.6 Trillion of new money into circulation every year to prevent deflation then that is because there is 1.6 Trillion in loan payments being paid by the citizens of the country which pulls that much out of circulation. The actual principle of the loan is destroyed/taken from circulation as it's paid off and the interest paid is for profit.

So the reason for this problem we are having is this. Banks are not lending at a fast enough pace to prevent deflation.

The Banks are not loaning out enough money to keep the money supply stable and growing at a healthy pace. The government recognizes that and is creating credit out of thin air to thwart off collapse. But government is ultimately inefficient at distributing money which creates bubbles in certain classes of assets. Commodities will always inflate when money is distributed inefficiently. The banks are purposely attacking the United States people and there is nothing we can do about it.

"Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes it's laws" — Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild

If this seems complicated....it is. If this seems so far out there that it can't possibly be true. It isn't.

You must always grow the money supply in a fractional reserve system or you collapse. Austerity=Collapse through deflation.

Printing of money=Delayed collapse through inflation.

Europe decided to take all the pain now.
US decided to postpone the pain.

But I assure you it's coming.

That ends today's monetary lesson.

Thanks for the write up lesson. Very Informative.
 Quoting: Nostril Domus

Basically what I'm trying to say is this. Government is just trying to throw the money out there in any way possible. It doesn't matter where it goes as long as it gets into circulation. So while this might seem good for the poor or a handout to the needy it's true intent is to thwart off deflation which will cause collapse now. But it's effect is that it creates inflation which will cause collapse later.

Food Stamps are more of a handout to the Grocery and Food business than they are too the poor. For example.

Those commies have been destroying the US in Reading, Math and Science. And those commies have BILLIONS of students all going to a Socialist Public Schooling system.

Why is China Public School Students doing better than American Students. Even those who are home-schooled and those who attend Private School.

I would hate to see how much CIA/FBI/NSA spyware would be incorporated into the operating system, just so they can spy on the people who take up the offer!

I bet you the company offering this service is a Republican taking advantage of Tax Payer's money. Just like all Republicans.

Just like the Military Complex. They can only MAKE MONEY when we are at war. They're not making any money when thousands of bombs and planes sitting at a warehouse collecting dust.

So these Republicans push for war so that THEY become richer. And to keep the system going, they need to get rid of social programs like Education, and they brain wash idiots like most white people who are now crying about every little thing.

Just follow the Money. It always leads back to a greedy Republican.

That's because all the cheap processed and fast foods are loaded with MSG! MSG causes obesity, also used to fatten rats where 'obese' rats/mice are required for their horrible experiments.

truth. as a matter of fact, do any of you people moaning about your tax dollars actually know where your taxes go? or at least where it is stated they go? almost 80% is stated to go to military endeavors and corporate subsidies you fools. pick something bigger to complain about would ya you drama queens? truth is, 100% of the taxes go to interest payments to the ones the government receives loans from. and doesn't even begin to bring down the principal. not even close. its. a. scheme. and you are so busy with the sensationalism you can't see the truth.
sigh
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 6289134

The irony, it burns! Your 80% stat is complete bullshit.

40% goes to pay the interest on the debt. The military portion of the federal expenditure was under 24% in 2012. Welfare is 12%. Health care is 22%. Pensions are 22%.

The expenses exceed the revenues by 40%!! Which means 40% of the budget is borrowed. The deficit for 2012 is estimated to be $1,327 billions. It'll end up being much higher.

Lol! Seriously you need to expand your understanding of the monetary system.

You aren't paying for anything. What you are paying for is to keep you busy working so you don't have time to get deeply involved in learning anything significant. Hence the Rush Learning Defecit Disorder.

In all seriousness. Please look up Bill Still and watch of the award winning vids so you can understand the real nature of the system and what is actually going on.
