You may be right... but what do we really know about the behind the scenes real intel? I think sometimes these agencies find that it is not their job to buck the President and are in fear of funds being cut, heads rolling etc. We have seen much cover up and hiding of the real facts. Obama won't have a 2nd term as President because they can't maintain the lies any longer that is why Romney is getting all the attention. On a related issue all the "civil war" "race war" preparations you are hearing about are due to the fact that Obama won't be serving another term and it will most likely anger a certain race.

For every WND propagandist and so called "expert" that says the document, due to layers, is fake, there's a dozen that say it real. In fact, a court in GA basically told Orly that owning photoshop doesn't make you an expert, when they threw out all her witnesses for not being.. well.. experts...

In fact, the next time you see a birther claim that a "expert" has said the document is false, google the name of the expert. 10 times out of 10 that expert is not indeed, an expert.

No, it's my understanding that BOTH of Willard's parents were American citizens who happened to have a second home in Mexico.

However, it COULD affect Marco Rubio, whose parents had not completed their American citizenship requirements when he was born. I believe that HE is why the Repub's haven't made a bigger deal over Obama's eligibility, since they view Rubio as a rising star who might deliver the Hispanic vote on a platter to them. Don't forget, in this 3- (or 4-)dimensional world BOTH parties are guilty of 1-dimensional thinking, their concept of "future" only extends to the next Election and not beyond.

What I love is that they just ACCEPT claims for Romney, and never interested in checking it out. But with Obama, everything has to be checked out every step of the way. It is clear what is really going on here.. and it has nothing to do with truth.

Agreed...unfortunately. I think they (TPTB) are setting the stage to actually claim in favor of Obama, in an attempt to open the US Presidential door for more "foreign participation." It'd suit the UN/NWO agenda nicely, and in fact, I'm thinking that it's almost an imperative.

Actually, I (and many of us Birthers) have almost as many questions about Romney as I do Obama, and if he were proven to not qualify either....we'd need to have another primary, or the next runner up would need to be selected (i.e. Paul or one of the others)...

Now that I think about it, if the courts find that Obama is not qualified, that may well apply to Romney - and this could be the crisis they're looking for to screw our election system. Top it off with rampant fraud finally being proven, and who knows what kind of chaos that might cause....

i have been following the GOP primaries this year state by state they have been making a mockery of our voting system. from Maine to louisiana, first i sat back to watch with my popcorn....no more left i have thrown it all across the room.
so were does it all leave us.
what are the option in front here?

i'm am scared by the use of the local police in most of the state conventions. there has been force used against delegates that the chair want silenced.
force used to push back large groups of delegate voters.
these delegates are there as repersentation of we the people!

So why then did they not at least take the same amount of time to vet Obama? The sitting Congress at that time just made a "proclamation" that Obama was a Natural-Born citizen without even taking the time to examine his credentials. I probably went through a more thorough "vetting process" when I applied for a job at the gas station up the street.

This is the kind of brain-dead "logic" that accounts for much of the support of the birther movement.

It's not long. It's not difficult. Born on the US soil, and the right age and living in the US for long enough. Congress had no question. Simple as that. Birther morons who don't accept the Constitution are not what Congress needs to invest in.

I can't wait to see this. Unfortunately though, I doubt that justice will be served.

How is a court in Florida going to determine who is a natural born citizen? Isn't that something that needs to be debated and decided by the Supreme Court? What I was taught in civics classes in school (which I guess was the standing opinion of experts at that time, the 1960's) was that if you are born in a foreign country to 2 U.S. citizens, then you are natural born, and if you are born in the U.S. or U.S. territories to at least one U.S. citizen, you are natural born. If that interpretation is being questioned and debated, then why would a Florida court have the last word?
