yup it's true, of my 4 grandparents, 2 were dead before i was born, and the other 2 really didnt give a shit at all, they barely cared about their kids forget the grandkids

super super selfish, like they hid the cookies/snacks when we would be forced to visit them as kids, and they werent poor

i see some caring grandparents sometimes, and i wonder what difference it could have made.. for sure i wont ever know, but it must be nice..
