For me the experience was grateful bliss that my physical body was a part of the light. I was humbled by the knowledge that the light gave me power of me. Bubbling laughter when I realized the trees and flowers were singing, all of nature sounded like a big orchestra in perfect harmony, each with our own individual tone. Physical body was lighter in weight, self-healing, negative thoughts not even possible. You radiate a golden light that anyone nearby will experience too. I lived this reality for 3 months in 1997. I want to do that again.

No. Acceptance is being ruled. Allowing is ruling yourself.

can't say this with one word, but learning to look beyond the 'physical'. Not letting physical appearances conjure up automatic thoughts in your mind. I find physical appearances to be highly superficial so it's always been an important but difficult endeavor of mine to look beyond them.

Ok, never had to deal with that apparently or it came naturally.

self esteem? Yes me too before but I found love of self overcomes it quickly.

I had a heart attack, NDE, surgery, sent home with a triple bypass. Next 3 months were inside this reality but entirely positive.

Thanks, Doom and conspiracies get boring after awhile.

Cool, proves my point that a negative can be the best positive if viewed as such. Suffering my stroke did it for me!

Good question. It seems I might have key'd in on your second & third sentences instead of the first and it was the thing I struggled most with for awhile.

So is prejudice a better description?
