can't say this with one word, but learning to look beyond the 'physical'. Not letting physical appearances conjure up automatic thoughts in your mind. I find physical appearances to be highly superficial so it's always been an important but difficult endeavor of mine to look beyond them.
Quoting: ANHEDONIC self esteem? Yes me too before but I found love of self overcomes it quickly.  Curious, how did you get self-esteem based on what I wrote in my post? So is prejudice a better description?
