clappa

Too bad there was never a pre-nup.
 Quoting: IRQ_1

There was. It's called the Constitution and the laws in place.

Said pre-nup was cancelled with the 14th Amendment.

Re: Divorce Agreement
How about they just get California and all of Mexico if they want it...and New York.

Illinois is only liberal in one county...Cook county which has Chicago in it. It was the only county where the Democratg govenor won and he won only in Chicago not the surrounding suburbs.

So let's keep that.

We get to keep our Constitution. We get to declare all other laws and regulations null and void and start from scratch going one by one to see if we really need or want to keep it.

Same for all foreign treaties and trade agreement.

We get to have a flat tax on all income over the poverty level for a family of five and it applies to all corporate and individuals with no deductions for anything.

And please, let's give them Bill Maher and the snide bitch, Rachel Maddow.

We get to keep all of DC because we and our ancestors paid for all those buildings and museums. They get to leave.

Maybe they could set up shop on Coney Island with the Clowns.

why don't you split it up by historical voting. liberals will take new york, nj, california, michigan, washington, illinois, oregon, massand vermont. you know the places where money is made and things are produced.

you can have all the rest of the states full of trailer park welfare leeches and farm subsidies. lets see how that works out for you.

Peple are leaving those states in droves. Why? Dying economies and confiscatory taxation. Crappy schools indoctrinating kids in alternative lifestyles and the global warming scam instead of educating them. Crime and poverty.

Those states you look down your nose at grow your food, produce oil and natural gas, lead in technology and construction, and have some of the largest seaports in the country. You wouldn't survive through the year without them.

So you don't want your roads maintained, your roofs waterproof, your pipes not to leak, you don't want new buildings built?

You can't outsource EVERYTHING ... you can print money, but what are you going to spend it on?

the largest seaports in the country are in california and new york harbor.
they only grow our food because we pay them massive farm subsidies to do it, they are a drain not a resource.
we import nearly all of our oil and natural gas what we drill here doesnt even put a dent in demand.
lead in technology and construction? hahahahahahahahahaha.
look at the links i posted to see exactly how much we need those red states. they wouldnt survive without the blue states, they are nearly all propped up by the federal govt and the taxes coming from blue states that actually get things done. its a joke that you could believe for a second it's the other way around.

Re: Divorce Agreement
Il take Maui
Sales taxes
No guns
Wind and solar is fine
Oprah aleady has a house here, the rest are free to live wherever they want
No greedy corporations or big pharmas welcome here anymore especially Monsanto is not allowed here anymore
Walmart is free to leave as long as Costco stays
Number 8s are welcome except the druggies as long as they clean up good in the ocean
I'm glad you are willing to keep the alaskan hockey moms, rednecks and greedy CEOs
You are free to believe whatever you want
Everybody can just leave us alone and forget we exist like you already do until you feel like taking a vacation
Well take electric cars and bicycles and Maui cruisers that'll be just fine
For health, you can keep your germs to yourself and not be allowed to come here if you are sick, we'll keep our local healthy organic foods, warm healthy sunshine and salty ocean spray that keeps us healthy. Well also keep our alternative medicines and naturopaths and reiki as well as masage therapists. western medicine is okay for emergency situations.

You can also keep Fukushima to yourselves, you'll have to buid a huge barrier in the pacific ocean all the way up to the ozone layer, sorry that'll cost you a lot of money prob

Whatever songs you want to sing are fine with us, but we prefer reggae and happy music, no blues or depressing country music if your gonna sing about a lost lover

You are free to live however you want to live, but you'll notice that simple is better, your fancy things are gonna get Maui dirt on them anyway, and please take off your slippas before you come into my house.

a. damn. thing.

You won't be able fix your roads or even keep your cars running.

The blue states are typically the ones with the highest populations and thus can afford to pay higher per capita. Not because it is inherently that way. Tax revenue from states is NOT based upon a liberal/conservative agenda but in how much a state can afford.

Within each state funds are given more to liberal causes like entitlements.

typical conservative retard that doesn't understand what per capita means. hint it is in no way affected by population.

Re: Divorce Agreement
Where can I sign up for the divorce? And how fast can we do it?

I really think that would be the best solution for our country. No doubt within a short period of time the libs would be begging to be let into our side of the country, as theirs would be failing miserably.

To All My Dearest Beloved Liberal, Leftist, Social Progressive, Regressive, Marxist, and Liberation Theologist Friends:

Since we are not going to get gasoline back to $1.50 per gallon and coffee to $2.00 per pound, it is time to divide up our common property and split the sheets so to speak. To wit I propose the following:

DIVORCE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, we have stuck together since the late 1950s for the sake of the kids and for sake of future generations, but the whole of this latest election process has revealed that our relationship has clearly run its course, and

WHEREAS, our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right for us all,

THEREFORE let's end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.

Here is the suggested model separation agreement:

1. Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by land mass apportioned according to numerical representation. You can have California, Oregon, and Washington State. We'll take all the rest.

2. We don't like redistributive taxes, so you can keep them.

3. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.

4. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA, and the military.

5. We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with all the wind, solar, and bio-diesel.

6. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore, and Rosie O'Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.

7. We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart, and Wall Street.

8. You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless homeboys, hippies, druggies, illegal aliens, unions, peaceniks, war protesters, and the OSW groups.

9. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks.

10. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood

11. You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us or hit back when we are threatened or attacked.

14. You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness, and Shirley McLain. You can also have the U.N., but we will no longer be paying the bill.

13. We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values.

14. We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks, and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Chevy Volt you can find.

15. You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any doctors to deliver it. We'll continue to believe that healthcare is more affordable and more excellent in a free market system.

16. We'll keep "The Battle Hymn of the Republic", "God Bless America", and "The National Anthem."

17. You get "Imagine", "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", "Kum Ba Ya," or "We Are the World".

18. We'll practice trickledown economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.

19. Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and our constitution and our flag.

Please sign and pass it on if you will agree to this equitable distribution of property, values, and practices.

In the spirit of friendly parting, we will arrange for a community picnic in about 10 years to compare notes and see how each other are doing.

Sincerely,

Your Conservative Friends

P.S.: Also, please take Ted Turner, Sean Penn, Martin Sheen, Barbara Streisand, Alec Baldwin, and Jane Fonda with you.

P.S.S..: And you won't have to "Press 1 for English" when you call our country.

You're kidding, right? I know conservatives who have built their entire homes.

And what is your side going to do when you're attacked by the entitlement mentality (the vast majority of your people) because there isn't enough to go around? Don't run to our side, because we're not letting you in. You've ruined the U.S. once. That's enough.

I don't have a side. I'm a true patriot and have wet dreams about a united America.

Maybe I missed the point of the post. "Your side" wants to get rid of Unions (12 percent of the workforce in 2007, if i read that chart right) which comprise almost all of the ability to create high quality infrastructure.

I know unionized construction companies that get sent out of state to "right to work" states every year because the quality is so low in those states. They pay a premium for skill.

You want to have your quantitative easing, stock manipulation, and trust fund babies.

Believe it or not, the people who you call "parasites" are the ones building America.
