How often do you hit the gym for weight training and or cardio?
I got back at full force a little over a year ago. I was 20 lbs over my ideal weight and felt terrible physically and mentally. I ran my first 5K race last Feb in the Gasparilla Distance Classic in Tampa. I can't tell you how rewarding it is to complete your first race. I'm running a 15K on the beach this September. This was from the year before:
