What changed? Did you feel that a little while ago?

As per today's wierdness. We are currently in a geomagnetic storm status from unselttled kp index 4(current) heading into storm, kp 6 next 24 hours.

It had me creeped out a little too. Got hit so hard 2 hours ago, I had to literally go lay on the ground outside to gound, it really helps. I have liked this thread a lot, thanks OP

I agree...lots of crazy energies today...def have the right idea with the grounding, it really can build up some anxiety if you can't get it to calm down!

Funny I've been feeling something the past few hrs, then I get on here just now and see this. Only thing is that the intense energy doesn't overwhelm me like it seems to for most people here. I thrive off this energy!

It's as if my brain is wired to feed off it. However if I want to I'm able to shut it out and relax. I've always felt unseen energies and it's only increased the past year and and few months especially. I feel as if I'm able to alter, use, or block those energies around me.

sometimes it overwhelms...sometimes you can thrive off it...although that does not usually last long... ;)

I can block them as well...tonight was special. Although as the night progressed that feeling ended...and I did not expect it too.

It was a quick start and a new start...as if things are being released...that's the only way to describe it...

i have the same sensations today, apprehension/tension which causes my stomach to sense odd/uncomfortable
i know what it is and it is not cased by myself, it is me, for some reason sensing others emotions of this nature, something i have never experienced before
i also know generally the cause of others apprehension although i am pretty certain no one will agree with what i tell
it is the underlying belief(s) possessed by our societies that are appearing to not match what our intuition tells us is manifesting caused by real time events of a general nature around our globe
"something feels not right"
is the sensation
and it impossible for people to identify what the something is

i am sure i attribute this cause to me sensations because of how i experience living and my beliefs

but
that does not answer why am i in these past 36 hours or so detecting and experiencing physical sensations on this topic when i never have before
i was naturally, to me, immune without thought of others discomfort by way of me physically experiencing sensations as a result of them
or
if i did, as soon as the feelings manifested and i instantly analyzed (thought through) the reasons for them, in seconds, the sensations ceased

have i altered or have others altered or is it a combination

Yesterday in the morning. I felt weird.......A little light headed. Close to feeling anxiety. Lessened in the afternoon.

crazy i was knocked out too and feeling so drained i thought it had to do with the sun or something.. crazy energies now im feelin much better though..

very interesting Aether...to me I would like to think it would be a combo of you and others. The energies are changing everyday.

for instance last night I had such a yucky overwhelming feeling...it literally made me feel horrible.

but it only lasted for about 5 hours.

Last night as I was sitting watching a show...that nasty feeling left as quickly as it came...and I had a calm feeling come over me.

Today feels normal. No tension for me today...still feeling the calm...thank god lol

Yesterday I felt pretty terrible most of the day... Anxious, easily agitated and annoyed, just totally not myself. Glad this comes in short spurts because I don't think I could take a whole week of feeling like that, lol.

I actually think, that realising that the negative feelings are only temporary and not rational, might help get rid of them in a way, so you don't "give in to them".

If that makes any sense at all, or maybe it's a sort of teenage hormonial imbalance were kinda feeling :o)

is the feeling of random nausea?
because then yeah. I felt it too.
