I'm not denying those "here are now" figures, and I'm glad to hear you're not racist, nor am I.
There is no denying the fact that if a white man enters a black neighbourhood, his chances of being a victim of violent crime is much, much higher than if a black man walks through a white neighbourhood.
The question is why is this so ?
