Quoting: <ambiguous> And yet the pic of those detained shows women and at least one child. They were angry and taking out their frustration on the citizens by handcuffing everyone. It wasn't about finding a suspect, it was about relieving their anger. And the citizens are just fortunate not to have been tazed or killed in the process. |
