Everything we do pollutes the planet..all engines pollute..including airplane engines...but, the trails are NOT part of the pollution. They are the water vapor created through combustion.


The trails not dissipating has NOTHING to do with the composition of the trail...just the ambient air...sorry, it's all about air saturation, air temp and engine efficiency. Stratospheric sulfate aerosol spraying (chemtrails), is a form of geo-engineering. So when I refer to chemtrailing as geoengineering, I am using the term quite properly.

But, the 707 wasn't a particularly powerful or efficient airplane. With new technology, airplanes are able to produce more water vapor...and are able to push saturation levels past the point of supersaturation much easier than in the past.
