Thats fine -- I am just stating that if you know what is going on with the case --the trial is a formality -- we all pretty much know the results when it starts --- We have more than one hearing and we do discovery and we all communicate all the way ---

Exception Jury Trials which is what that is I am sure and the Judge is just their for legal not factual determinations- they are lucky he isnt sleeping --
