Vancouver police say packages containing a human foot and a hand were delivered to two area schools Tuesday afternoon.

However, Deputy Chief Warren Lemcke says he can't confirm whether the packages are connected to the dismembered body of a Chinese student found in Montreal last week and the international manhunt for his killer.


So, "hopefully" this was Magnotta and not a copycat. Fuck.
