Get a netti pot, fill it with 2 cups of 120 degree water, stir in 1/4 cup of sea salt until dissolved. Add 1ml peppermint oil or 1tsp of extract. Flush your nose. Do this once a day for 3-4 days and you'll feel like a new man/woman
