Two other witnesses saw this too, but it didn't move. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8873867 I also saw a strange sprite appear between two street lights a few years ago. and many years before that I saw a ball of light in the sky appear, then it disappeared within seconds. And if this qualifies, when I used to meditate quite often I would see reptilian eyes, as well as horrible spider looking creatures. But that's about it. What about you folks? You ever see anything otherworldly? If so, where? No. In fact most psychologists will tell you that those who have claimed to see stuff like UFO's, aliens, ghosts, werewolves, vampires, etc are people that have read a lot of fantasy literature and played a lot of video games as a child. They tend to be driven by fantasy and emotionally immature. Their mind compartmentalizes these things at an early age and then becomes fixated on seeing these things for real later in life. This is why is is so important not to allow small children access to too much fantasy/monster story books, it is simply conditioning their mind to believe in things that don't exist. In reality, people like this live lives full of delusion. I've met a few people that claim to have seen these things, and yup, I'd classify them as crazy and delusional, but functioning in society. Kinda like a functioning alcoholic/drug addict. They are under the influence all the time, but when they are deeply engaged into their fantasy life of aliens, ghosts , ufo's etc, they are under the influence to those non-existent things. Many of them do not believe in God, so it is quite easy for them to become believes in these things that simply don't exist. Whenever I meet someone who believes in this type of crap, I laugh and I make sure that I don't get too close to them, of course many people keep their true beliefs a secret. But usually you can tell what a person is all about by the books they read and of course facebook makes it really easy to profile someone's true beliefs. And of course the pot smoking crowd is a big red flag... they are the most delusional beings on the planet... more so that religious freaks. they will believe anything because their ego has been so affected by the drugs, they are easily impressionable and easily manipulated by fantasy concepts...(they will think they are truly enlightened... true enlightenment comes with a sober, clear thinking mind, that weighs all evidence and makes a logical assumption). yup... Sandi_T User ID: 15828781 United States 06/06/2012 08:55 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have not seen any UFOs or aliens. I am still uncertain on that particular subject. Maybe they [aliens] are real, maybe they aren't... I just don't know. I think they are, because I don't believe that UFOs are deniable with any degree of intellectual honesty. Too many credible people have seen them. So much confusion over abductions and the like... I don't know. That's all I can say. I don't believe strongly either way, that aliens do or don't exist. I will say that it would be easier to push me into the camp of belief. It would be much harder to make me certain they don't exist/aren't visiting. So I have a bias but not a certainty. I have personally experienced other things, however. Never werewolves, vampires, or sasquatches. Not the loch ness monster or the like. But I see ghosts, and I have seen... other unexplainable things. I have experienced death and resuscitation and watched people while my body had no brain or heart activity at all (legally dead). I had spiritual experiences while dead, as well. I have also seen men who were very unusual in both their appearance and attitude, and the interaction of people around them with them. I call them The Others, because they are very Other. They only show up around traumatic occurrences. I do not know their purpose (people always ask me). I do not know their origin (people ask me that, too). They are an unknown quantity, but they have never (that I know of) directly contributed to any of this trauma, although they have observed occasionally from a very direct vicinity. I also frequently had premonitions as a child to the point where I was exorcised by my ultra religious parents to try to "get the fortune telling demon out" of me. I not seeing any of them at first said theirs nothing there and stomped up to the closest one. I stopped about 6 feet in front of what I could only describe as a person but could not see any defining features like clothing or hair or a face. For a second I thought i was just looking at a bush that looked like a person then It shifted its foot moving the gravel under and I new then it was no bush. I ran back to the light we all freaked out and started throwing handfuls of gravel into the darkness then jumped in our car and fled we herd no screams or scurrying away of animals or random people. Last summer I was out in my backyard hanging with 3 friends telling them about a meteor shower that was coming in a week and I pointed up to the sky where to look. As I did I saw a white ball ruffly 36" or about the size of those balls on High voltage power lines. The ball that was a gloss white color had no seams and was flying north a few hundred feet above the ground in a northerly direction thing is the wind was heading East so it was no balloon. One other friend noticed it as well but my other two friends could not pinpoint the object before it was to hard to see. It was traveling at about 60kmh to 100kmh silently. No idea what it was I know it was not a party balloon or weather balloon it was not a remote controlled toy it was not a drug induced hallucination it was a flying object I have never seen before and I make an effort to be a know it all. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 9161454 United Kingdom 06/06/2012 04:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Ive seen UFOS and Ive had sleep paralysis. The UFOs i saw July 30th 2011. i was with a friend so i know i wasn't imagining it. The sleep paralysis was horrible. At the time I knew nothing like I do now. it happened years ago. I slept over at a friends house. As soon as it wore off i woke him immediately and all he could say was that he had seen this bright white light. I was saying forget the white light man Ive just been possessed or some shit! My UFO experience was amazing. Ive told the story alot so ill try and keep it brief. It was July 30th 2011. time was 01:45am. i had been wanting to go out UFO spotting all night and finally went outside (Ive been UFO spotting for like 10 years now)as i laid down on my sheet i looked up and almost immediately saw 2 orangy opaque discs flying parallel to each other but at varying speeds. one was bigger too. straight away i knew it was a UFO! Ive seen almost everything else over the years. So I waited ages and about 45 mins later i saw 6 of the same UFOs flying again parallel but closer together and at slightly varying speeds. It almost looked they were racing or something. SO i was really excited!! gutted i didn't have a camera phone, only the 3g. now Ive got the 4gs and i think that would have easily captured the experience. In the morning I called my best friend. He's well awake and loves UFO stuff. So i say we got to go camping or something. Get the video camera lets go I had a good feeling. He comes over later. Doesn't bring the camera, makes up some crap about not being charged. So i say OK cool you wanna drive out to the country side ways abit and go on a UFO trip? So anyway a couple hours later, hes not going anywhere! I'm annoyed and so i say well lets just go out in the garden again. we do and it was an even better experience!! So this is still July 30th but now 22:30pm. We are chilling and looking up. Eventually we see just one of the same looking UFO. I'm getting excited, but he remains calm saying it could be a weather balloon or Chinese lantern lol. anyway we see a couple more then to really confirm it for my friend we saw 2 UFOs (all similar btw in this account. orangy opaque) flying together, like they were dancing or ice skating, going in circles and stuff, really beautiful. Right now my friend is getting excited. a little while later we see what looks like a clover, or a cross. 4 or 5 perfectly together forming this shape. To be honest it was a tad scary that one. Then ages later. Hoping for a grand finale... We saw 7 all flying together in a line, close together (very similar to my experience from earlier.) And at a about 5 o'clock to where we were looking, there were 4 following at a slightly different angle. I tried to keep it short but I get excited telling it |

Then it was about 100 yards above us, dead silent. A pitchfork or trident shaped craft, not much bigger than a fighter jet, with rounded edges instead of pointed, floated above us for about 30 seconds while I watched with mouth wide open and my friend was screaming at the thing, then all of a sudden it turned on it's lower lights which seemed like LED light or something then it flew straight up and away. that was in 2007 in illinois. |
