The only weird stuff I ever saw was a shadow person, it was on the floor and faded away after about an hour. Two other witnesses saw this too, but it didn't move.
I also saw a strange sprite appear between two street lights a few years ago. and many years before that I saw a ball of light in the sky appear, then it disappeared within seconds.
And if this qualifies, when I used to meditate quite often I would see reptilian eyes, as well as horrible spider looking creatures.
But that's about it.
What about you folks? You ever see anything otherworldly? If so, where?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8873867 No. In fact most psychologists will tell you that those who have claimed to see stuff like UFO's, aliens, ghosts, werewolves, vampires, etc are people that have read a lot of fantasy literature and played a lot of video games as a child. They tend to be driven by fantasy and emotionally immature.
Their mind compartmentalizes these things at an early age and then becomes fixated on seeing these things for real later in life. This is why is is so important not to allow small children access to too much fantasy/monster story books, it is simply conditioning their mind to believe in things that don't exist.
In reality, people like this live lives full of delusion. I've met a few people that claim to have seen these things, and yup, I'd classify them as crazy and delusional, but functioning in society. Kinda like a functioning alcoholic/drug addict. They are under the influence all the time, but when they are deeply engaged into their fantasy life of aliens, ghosts , ufo's etc, they are under the influence to those non-existent things. Many of them do not believe in God, so it is quite easy for them to become believes in these things that simply don't exist.
Whenever I meet someone who believes in this type of crap, I laugh and I make sure that I don't get too close to them, of course many people keep their true beliefs a secret. But usually you can tell what a person is all about by the books they read and of course facebook makes it really easy to profile someone's true beliefs.
And of course the pot smoking crowd is a big red flag... they are the most delusional beings on the planet... more so that religious freaks. they will believe anything because their ego has been so affected by the drugs, they are easily impressionable and easily manipulated by fantasy concepts...(they will think they are truly enlightened... true enlightenment comes with a sober, clear thinking mind, that weighs all evidence and makes a logical assumption).
yup... UFO's, aliens, ghosts, werewolves = delusional, crazy people.
