Yeah, there are alot of assholes like people out there calling in false-reports and maybe even filming it. They are like the dumbfucks that calls the fire Dept. to a neighbors' house or order pizza to the wrong address. People use the police all the time for revenge of stupid petty-shit. i"ve had it happen to me atleast twice...a couple of winters ago there was 10 kids sledding in my yard led by some bullies that have been at my young son. I went-out and told them to get outta my yard and not comeback. Later, I get a cop at my door...asking me if I knew anything about a knife? I'm like WHAT? He said there was an incident earlier between me and some kids? I said well no not and incident...I told them to get the hell out of my yard...end of story. There is no more. Officers informs me that the kids said I came out weilding a knife and grabbed their innertube from them and slashed it. I said NO didn't happen? SO he asks how did thier tube get cut-up then? I said hell if I know? Maybe they did it and blamed it on me for revenge? Also had an crazy woman that didnt like my Exwife and I and she dieceded to call C&Y on us just for fun...stating that I keep me kids locked-u in their bedrooms and have padlocks on their doors from the outside lol. Ofcourse had to let them in to "investigate". Ofcourse nothing was found to be true of the allegations.

The police do not have inherent powers to be the judge, jury and exectutioner's...simply to make arrests. Summary punishment is foreign to a free people who live under the protection of the constitution. The use of a tazer (lethal/deadly force) should not be employed unless the situation merits such...and from the video above; it is obvious to the objective viewer that the use of deadly force was not merited. You would have made a fine german.

Sure you can refuse...it's an automatic ass kicking, but you most certainly can refuse.

I think that the guy should have placed his hands in the air and got down on his knees or stomach. the officer called out tazer 3 or 4 times before tazing him as a warning. And as for as having that many officers there, I dont think any of us really know if they have had an issue with this guy before. and from watching the video they treated they guy pretty well and respectful. it caould have been a lot worse. they could have just rodney kinged the guy.
