[link to www.fox19.com] One of her charges was "malacious castration" and this brings one to ponder several things. 1) At what time in that county's history did the need arise to put that law on the books? 2) Was there many instances where people were once meandering through that county and slapping people's testicals out of their coin purses? 3) The charge of Malacious castration proposes that the act was carried out with malice. Thus the question, is there a delightful, friendly way to remove another party's testicals to where malice wasn't in the charge? Let's say involuntary...gosh it was only a joke sort of castration?
