Yahshua the Messiah born JUNE 6th, not DECEMBER 25th
The Bible tells that the archangel Gabriel appeared to Mary in the sixth month (Luke 1:
26) to tell her she would soon become impregnated. The first month of the Hebrew
calendar is Abib or Nisan which is April (Exodus 12:2, 13:4). The Hebrew sixth month is
Elul, which is September on our calendar and nine months later would be June. If the
Messiah were to be born in December, Mary would have been six months pregnant at
the time Gabriel appeared to her.
Luke 2:8 says that the "shepherds were abiding in the field, keeping watch over their
flock by night," not sweeping snow or keeping their flocks inside the stables, on the day
that the Messiah was born.
The Creator set the beginning of the year in April or Springtime because of the budding
of the trees and rejuvenation of plant life representing the birth of Mother Earth.
Summertime is when the plants and fruits come into fruition. The Fall represents a dying
state and the Winter is like a death state. The Creator would never have chosen the
Wintertime to be manifested. He chose to be born in the Summer representing the
fullness of fruition. [ Hebrews 10:7 "Then said I, Lo, I come in the volume of the book, it
is written of me, to do thy will, O Yahweh." ]
The Creator placed Adam in the Garden of Eden or earth plane on the 6th day. (Genesis
1:26-31, 2:8) The Apostles knew who the Messiah was, and Paul described Yahshua
in 1st Corinthians 15:45-47 by calling Him the second Adam, fulfilling that which He
instituted (Luke 24:44) as the first Adam, therefore again being born on the 6th day.
Early religious leaders had not concerned themselves with the Messiah's birthdate and
it wasn't until the year 336 A.D. that the date of December 25th was assigned. The
Hebrew Festival of Lights - Hanukkah, and the Pagan Festival of Saturnalia,
worshipping the Roman God of Saturn, were both at this time. December 25th was
celebrated by Romans as the Mithraic Festival of the Sun God and was also near the
Winter Solstice of Dec. 22nd. Since these religious leaders did not know the Messiah's
true birthdate, they associated it to coincide with these existing pagan holidays. The first
recorded celebration of Christmas (Christ Mass) was in Italy during the 11th century.
The title or name of "Christ" was taken from the Greek God "Cristos" and violates the
first three of the Creator's Ten Commandments. [1. Thou shalt have no other gods
before me. 2. Thou shalt not make any graven image, nor bow thyself down to them,
nor serve them. 3. Thou shalt not take the name of Yahweh thy Elohim in vain, for
Yahweh will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.]
The Creator was against the Pagan worship of false deities, mainly because there aren'
t any. (Isaiah 46:9 "Remember the former things of old: for I am Yahweh, and there is
none else; I am Yahweh, and there is none like me.")
So the Creator spoke through Jeremiah and in the 10th chapter it says "Thus saith
Yahweh, Learn not the way of the heathen, . For the customs of the people are vain;
for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of a workman, with the axe.
They deck it with silver and with gold; fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it
move not." (Christmas trees)
With a perfected understanding of Yahweh's eternal purpose, the Apostle Saul wrote in
Colossians 2:16 "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of
an holyday" (holiday).
