That curetoothdecay site is easily debunked with the vegan diet. They go thru great pains to claim we all need to 'get back to a primitive diet' that includes fish heads and some obscure first batch yellow butter - supposedly to obtain vit k2 from the grass fed cattle.

Just have vegetables. Plenty of the k2. Eliminate the cow from the food chain.

The meats & dairy / cheeses are acidic and destroy bone & teeth. So as much vegetarian as possible is best for less cavities.

Of course watch the sugars too.
