i have been both skinny and fat, and what i have experienced is i have not changed but how people take it from a fat person. when i was younger, prettier, and thin i would say rude shit all the time and most people didn't care or thought it was funny. now i'm a little older and heavier i say the same shit and people think i'm rude or mean and get way more death stares than i have ever gotten in my life. so i think it's just that society likes thin pretty people and they can basically do what they want, and get away with murder( jk by the way) lol. where as society sees fat people as slow, stupid, lazy slobs.
