Democracy in America does not work today. The people do not rule. And they must, if we and our children are to lead lives of dignity, decency, and enjoyment. It took many hours for a cruise missile to be launched and hit it's target. Clinton said the CIA could not guarantee Bin Laden would be in that spot by the time the missile struck.
