Reducing Salt Intake Could Lead to Premature Death
Not only is the “eat less salt” mantra a distorted and erroneous conclusion most misled people consider fact, but as author and award-winning journalist Gary Taubes points out:

“The possibility has been raised that if we were to eat as little salt as the USDA and the CDC recommend, we’d be harming rather than helping ourselves.”

Taubes warns that the evidence from studies published over the past two years actually suggests that restricting how much salt we eat can increase our likelihood of dying prematurely.

Re: Reducing Salt Intake Could Lead to Premature Death
the artificial salts in today's foods will kill you....But the organic salts containing the raw iodine are nutrients that are not only needed but are essential to hoarde. Thats right, one of the main objectives for humans is to get as much iodine into the system as possible. The more the better. The more natural salt you get in your body the more power and energy you have. Why? Salt is not just salt. Salt is the conductor of electricity in your body. More iodine in your blood stream means faster electrical communication from cell to cell, meaning your brain's connection to your toes is faster as your iodine buildsin your body. The fastest working brains and the strongest athletes will always have alot of iodine coursing through their veins....Please don't think so negatively about sat, it's just the preservative salts in the foods we eat that are bad for us and table salt isnt really that good for us either but kelp, kelp is a legendary food source for it's extreme levels of organic earthly salt and high levels of iodine. If you want the strength of the gods and the mental capacity of a legend then get yourself some kelp...not some, alot of kelp
