I already seen it, it's called WiiU. There's only so many ways you can captivate your players with shiny graphics. The future needs to focus on how you interact with video games and the Wii U is a huge step forward in that remark.

Uhhhhhhhh Admittedly from Nintendo, WiiU is only Slightly more powerful then the PS3, NOTHING like this. The Wii has power equivalent to the Gamecube.

See, Nintendo doesn't like to lose money on systems in the 1st 3 years they're out. Nintendo has made money on EVERY Wii they've ever shipped. XBOX & SONY push the tech and for the 1st 2 years of thier lives they lose between 100.00 and 150.00 on EVERY system they ship.

So Bottomline....The WiiU has NOTHING that compare to this and won't for probably 7 years

Oh, and FYI, in-engine doesn't mean gameplay. Gameplay-wise, you need to account for a hell of a lot more, animations, physics system, AI for example. This is just an entirely scripted cutscene.

PC gaming is about 4 years ahead or more right NOW. New consoles will come out and be cutting edge for a year or two. Then of course PC will out perform in terms of game size and graphics.


my one year old Radeon 6870 (a mid to highr ange card when released) is many times more powerful GPU wise then the current xbox and ps3. The xbox 360 using a Nvidia GPU from 2006


looks great. I personally dont play my ps3 very often. Im not into sports games, and shooters on a console still is lacking imo compared to FPS on PC. If you have been playing shooters since the 90s, you would understand. The gamepad is just primitive in comparison for fast reacion time

Re-read my comment and try to grasp what I said. Graphics only take a player so far. I has 10x more fun playing Skyward Sword than Skyrim, and on Dolphin @ 1080p, it was the most graphically pleasing game of last year.

Art style is most important than how many polygons you can squeeze on screen. But going back to what I said, graphics only impress players so much. Gameplay is still the core of the experience, and it's Nintendo that pushes this. The Wii U allows for far more immersive gameplay.

Have you realised how others constantly mimic Nintendo? Nintendo pioneer the games industry. When they introduced motion controls, Sony rip it off. When they announce the Wii U last year, guess what Microsoft announce this year? SmartGlass.

I agree and im an owner of a PC used for gaming too. More and more invasive DRM over the years and bot usage on online FPS has pissed me off to no end...i basically only buy PC games now if they are the only platform, or they are significantly better releases...which is rare... Since most of the multiplats are just console ports anyway...so i tend to buy the multiplats for a console at the expensive of having slightly lower quality textures and slightly slower frame rates, but no bullshit DRM to deal with.

I initially bought an xbox360 for games that were exclusives at the time such as Gears of War...i bought a PS3 for the same reason, games such as Uncharted and God of War.

Nintendo i haven't touched since the gamecube. Was never a huge mario zelda or metroid fan so it leaves little else as nintendo exclusives that i care about.

If i see any cool nintendo stuff on the next console ill probably get one, that remains to be seen at the moment though.
