Not really, most companies expenditures when it comes wages are about 40-60%. If you were to double that, a company would be using 80%+ of its earnings just on wages alone.

There you are wrong. My employees are very well paid and the reason is because the are diligent and loyal, not because they carried on like a 2 year old and cried for more money.

The earnings should be distributed EVENLY among ALL employees that work for any company. Most rich-ass corporations and companies hoard their earnings for growth and expansion. Its ok to expand, but geez, give your employees a decent wage before your company decides to expand.

OP I think it's a drug addiction just like anything else. When you're addicted to something, everything else falls to the wayside.

That's the only sense I can figure.

I have nothing against people living well, being wealthy etc. I would like to be wealthy on a small scale. But it's completely over the top in this day and age and they have forgotten themselves, if they ever knew themselves as a human being to begin with.
