I think he would love to get the credit for the hollywood sign killing, but I seriously doubt he is responsible for it.

The foot in Paris would make more sense, but than he would rather had made up some rumour about something like this on his run.

So the foot in Paris could be him, but could also be something completely unrelated, not even neccessarily a murder.
