Anybody been seeing the same flashing lights? Southeast US?
Many nights I'll go out for a smoke and for a while now I"ve been these lights that pulse in brightness and then completely disappear for 5 seconds or so and then flash again in the same manner. The lights don't seem to have any specific direction of movement its completely random.

Strangest thing I've seen that I believe is related happened several weeks back. After being dropped off at home by a friend. I look up for a few minutes and see an extremely bright white light moving from Northwest to Southeast, it blinked out and back on several times before flashing one last time and then I see two bright flashes of light where it blinked out.

Has anyone else seen these lights where they are? I've been checking mufon pretty regularly and have noticed a marked increase in sightings just like mine but I figured I'd ask my fellow GLPers for some more perspective on it.

Yeah, after looking though mufon/nuforc reports and threads on another certain Conspiracy board I've noticed people have been seeing them pretty regularly since at least 2007-2008. The first time I noticed them I seriously thought I was going crazy. I wish I could get video of them but my Camera doesn't pick up anything besides blackness.

Another sighting I had I was sitting on our back porch looking at the night sky in February this year when I saw two "satellites" side by side. They became visible as they moved from behind the treeline; from North to South. They didn't go far before they both brightened at the same time then vanished.

Sw Florida

For over a decade.

See fake skies.

The sky is a stage prop,

Holographic images beemed upon the earth's radiation belt.

Those lights, are holographic projectors.

The technology is improved with blazing fast computers, but often you can catch an error, stall or lag in the programming, or a hard boot altogether
And the stars will instantly shift the view will appear abnormal
Than it should. This has been caught by folks often, even in action.

Judge for yourself.

One hell of a picture show. Very convincing imagery, even with telescopes, very realistic 3D, what Hollywood would give a nut for.

3D holographic imagery projected upon the earth's radiation belt.

What is behind curtain # 3 Bob?

So the entire night sky is a ruse? blink Seems a little farfetched and depressing. Nevertheless I'll definitely be spending my night off stargazing hope I view them again.

I'll continue to watch this thread if I view anything tonight I'll try my damndest to get video or a picture. Otherwise I'll post here and hopefully a fellow skywatcher can correlate my sighting.

Seen something like that recently. In my situation, I originally thought it was a ground based spotlight, but then about 20 more appeared and skittered everywhere throughout the clouds. They also appeared to be coming from behind the clouds as opposed to being projected.

I checked around to see if any type of event was going on that night, and could not find anything; however, since nobody else reported anything (albeit late), I suppose that might have been it....

I've never seen a spotlight do what these things did though (moved very quickly around one another - no symetry at all).
Within the surreal depths of "reality" lies the truth.

if you stay out there you will likely see them. i'm in ne tenn and this seems to be a hotbed for activity. i'm too tired by nightfall to go out and look. i've seen so many i know they are there, another part of the normal scenery.

Re: Anybody been seeing the same flashing lights? Southeast US?
It is so strange that this posting is on here tonight. Last night I was outside after our weekly poker game and I noticed a bright flash in the sky. I live in Upstate NY. I thought nothing of it the first time I saw it. I don't know, maybe only 10mins or so later it did it again. I called my friends out to look and we waited and then saw the night sky light up again for only a fraction of a second. We had no storms in the area, heard no thunder and unlike lighting this seemed to light up the whole sky... anyway will definitely be watching for it now...

Peace
Jesus is coming soon. Give your life to him.

Yeah I've been meaning to make a post about it for some time now. Good to see I'm not the only one with their eyes to the sky. Have yet to see anything in the day though.

Re: Anybody been seeing the same flashing lights? Southeast US?
Hadn't seen any activity several days until the night before last and tonight.

A few nights ago I walked out and immediately spotted "satellite"-like object that moved steadily from west to east. The object increased in brightness and blinked out.

Around 10PM tonight I walked outside to have a smoke and a friend called me to ask me to get on Steam. I told him that I'd be on after I finished smoking. I looked directly to the South and noticed a bright object that I thought was the ISS though a break in cloud cover. The object was heading south when seconds after spotting it, it blinked out like the previous one.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, I told my buddy about what I saw and he sounded surprised and said he had also seen it just then as well.

I checked heavens-above for my area after both sightings and found no Iridium flares or Satellites for the times I witnessed them.

Does anyone have a clue why these things usually occur within minutes of first walking out? Its like I subconsciously know to go out and look and sure enough something makes itself known.

been seeing them for over a year or so now...notice the patterns in the lights change? Sometimes they are all white, sometimes blinking red/white, and sometimes just red. A few times I have seen the spotlight type you talk about.

Notice if they hold you in a "trance" light state as many lights/patterns hold certain frequencies and since our DNA acts like an antennae to our environment (google DNA as antennae or just go to a few of my threads on DNA) and you can read about how frequencies and vibrations can have a very real effect on our body.

IDK if they are real or not. I notice the same thing as you...you are kind of just drawn out there and then all of the sudden you see them.

They always have a specific flight path and sometimes on a clear night I'll see anywhere from 5-10 of them at any given time.

....I know they are not planes because sometimes it looks like they are going to crash into each other they get so close when they cross paths.

(trust me when I say a year or two ago I would have totally called BS on all of this)...and I know I sound crazy...but I do think messages in the forms of codes are used by these lights...idk where they come from, but I like to think its for the better because I see them so much!

Re: Anybody been seeing the same flashing lights? Southeast US?
Saw another on July 2nd. Wasn't a flasher but what it did surprise me. It was mostly cloudy at around 4:30AM. A dim object directly overhead and moving from North to South became visible through a break in the thick cloud cover.
I shined a green 50mw laser at it, initially thinking it was a satellite. With the beam aimed directly in front of it by just a hair it does a loop and then continues in its original direction for a breif second or so further before becoming obscured by the clouds.

No photographic evidence to back up my claim though. If you believe me great, if not, then more power to you.

I haven't got access to a video camera capable of taking video of something so dim in the night sky as this was. My camera is only effective using continuous shot on auto mode. Even then I'd have to have to have the camera shutter button held down the entire time so its constantly taking photos. I've captured some satellites with it but I can tell in between each exposure theres about a half second delay which is plenty of time to miss something.

Tonight I saw flashing light over a40 mile area the light is coming from behind cloud cover, the brightness is similar to after effect of lightning reflecting in cloud- but the frequency is like a pulsing strobe, date 12.21.13, 12:01 am. paradise Valley, Phoenix az
