You can not have faith if you never test your faith. If you accept the bible as 100%, that's dandy, but do you accept it as an imposed truth or do you consider it to be more of a 'living word', a book that can have many meanings and teach many lessons?
Jesus often said 'don't be a pharisee'. Don't marry the word of the age. Pray, find the holy spirit within yourself. Read the Bible with an open mind and an open heart and it might just say something different to you.
