i used to also.. but after ten years its gotten to be too much to handle.. i lost my youth and everything good in my life in the hands of this evil state.. im worn out and feel broken to the max.. hopefully i will cross over soon from this unknown illness which has been slowly killing me lately..

nah it was only like 5 minutes of crying with about ten minutes of reel depressing music.. it kind of helped release built up tension.. it made me feel better actually knowing i still have emotion to some extent..

You'll know you're truly depressed when you can no longer feel. I remember when I used to cry. That was years ago.

Do something different for a change. Go out, treat yourself if you can. Staying out of your head might help. Depression suxs I know from experience.

and the psych wont give me shit for add cause they wanna keep me down on these other fucked up shit they inject me with and they know the uppers would help me big time..

yeh i would love to bro but im minus 50 to my name and broke till next week.. and im still paying court fines so im broke for a good month or two..

Free yourself. Decide to conquer the darkness. Remember what used to make you happy, go and seek adventure. Live with passion till you cant take another breath. You surely still have passion or you would be unable to cry. I hope this advice can help you.

thx but its so hard when you havent got a cent to your name or a friend in this big lonely city.. they made it all about money and they had there way.. now i live it like the lowest while the scum live it up.. what can i do im broken i have no ways or means left anymore.. even though im still young this depression has just about killed me.. but i still have hope and maybe if i can overcome this winter i might look forward to a better day again.. hopefully.. thats the only thing i can rely on.. for instance if i only had a car to drive and go for long cruise had some money for weed or drinks and got out and about and started socializing and making the most of it maybe i could get back to being happy again but i cant even afford the basic of things at this point.. ahh i know its only money but when your this low it means alot for some fucked up reason.. ;)

Depression is caused by the depression demon!

Repent of all sins, and cast out this demon in the name of Jesus Christ.

Don't turn on the music again, it probably has the demon subliminally encoded.

Find volunteer opportunities in your community, google for them. Do them, meet new people while helping someone else.

The best gift to you will be to give of your time to someone else in need. Try it!

Stay off drugs, depression demons love them.

Find your local library for free books, movies to entertain yourself with.

PS Weed and drinks will kill you eventually, they have even worse demons attached to them.

Go help at local Boys n Girls Club or hospital, the good endorphins that you will get from helping others will have you singing "Oh Happy Day!"

Meeting new people is free as are many social activities many of us have forgoten exsisted. I wont tell you where to look only to look. I do this because finding these things is part of the adventure. All it takes is a clear mind set that you will seek to find something better. I agree money is become a crutch in todays world but that it grants or facilitates happiness is an illusion.
