Editor’s Note – Facebook and Twitter came alive yesterday when a man in New Hampshire posted a message on his wall describing what sailors’ assigned to the USS Enterprise had told their families about an event they witnessed. These family members spread the word amongst their close friends and family relating that their spouses had witnessed an attack by jets – of unknown origin. There was immediate word that injuries were inflicted, possibly a death.

The event has been called a ‘false flag’, denied by many, yet verified by many more. You decide, only time will tell.

SUA contacted the source and after several phone calls, it was clear that they were being truthful, and that they were quite afraid. They were only relating what they were told by those in theater. It was not just one source for these folks, it was multiple, and specific.

SUA subsequently sought verification from other trusted sources within the military itself and elsewhere. After several hours, and many phone calls, confidential active-military sources confirmed our worst fears that an event of this magnitude did take place. SUA also received many third-hand reports from independent sources, but did not report on these because they were unverifiable and are still awaiting confirmation.

Contact was finally made with official military media offices, and as we updated the story (See below) we informed the public that CentCom denied the event. Soon after, we noticed that the Navy itself released information on the transit of the straits by the Enterprise, and they also mentioned the nature of Iranian actions in the area of late. It was not attacked! My husband is on that ship and well I have talked to him every day and everything is peachy keen there! Do you all actually believe 4 jets could just randomly even make it close enough to the aircraft to try and attack it? I mean if they could then NONE of our military is doing it's job and our Navy as a whole is completely worthless if we can't even be aware that 4 stupid jets are coming our way!!! Plus, if they attack the ship.. you guys actually think it would have only caused one death and no one else hurt? What the hell did they attack with???? A bowling ball!? Anyway, it was a stupid made up story people to get a rise out of everyone, and it obviously worked. However, the men and women aboard that ship are fine and well, thank God. Nothing happened. Bullshit story.

I see we have more ACs who have never been to GLP before, or posted in any other thread, suddenly showing up to call bullshit. You the same guy who claimed he was on the Enterprise itself a few days ago? Your 'husband'. Right.

Here's what I think happened- They're waving their oldest carrier all over the goddamn place hoping Iran takes a shot in anger, but instead, the newest jets to buzz in and lob a missile at the deck, not to destroy the carrier, but to send a warning shot. To prove they have the technology to get past the 'invincible' anti-air systems and do samage. A very clear and direct "fuck off" message to the US, and done in unmarked planes so there can be no public accusations.

The reason for the coverup is, it makes the US look weak. The attackers didn't sink the carrier because that would have forced all-out war, and they only wanted to deliver a warning. If the US press releases this shit, it makes them look like they got bitchslapped, which they did, and it's bad PR. The US wants to deal with the situation their way, rather than be made a spectacle of.

I think it was Russia making a threat display to get US away from their interests, which they've been doing a lot of lately.

I'm not questioning what you are saying but is it possible, even likely, that everyone on the ship was told to keep their mouths shut? Surely all information that comes and goes from the ship is monitored and can be contained.

First of all the mission should be semi secret so how is she freely communicating with anyone on that ship or any other if it's in the Middle East right now?
