He said he and his friend were approached by two other men who started arguing with them over a woman. Vines said he punched one of the men, while his friend hit both of the men over the head with a bottle. Either one or both of the two men then started shooting, he said. He said his friend was shot and killed, while two others also were hit by gunfire. Turquorius Vines...now there's a name we can all guess the racial makeup of. Doesn't Capital murder have to have a crime in commission? What was the crime. How can it be any worse than manslaughter or 3rd degree? I think they just had to defend themselves from an attack of fists and bottles. |

Well, I think he was the aggressor in that he did not live there and came up to a group of people who did live there and tried to start a fight with them. Then he shot about six people.
