Foods which you can eat in the place of meat! The so called meat replacements are foods such as tofu, tempeh or seitan (wheat gluten).

However, I don't agree with the idea of calling a food a "meat replacement". Everything can be a meat replacement and nothing is a meat replacement, if you know what I mean. We don't need any replacements, only a healthy diet (we can get all aminoacids from different kinds of food, not just from meat protein)!
