Seven ways to end joint pain, arthritis and gout using cherries
Gout and arthritis have two things in common. Each condition makes the body hurt, and they respond to the powerful nutrients found in cherries that eliminate pain. Cherries contain high levels of antioxidants and anthocyanins, nutrients known to relieve pain, inflammation and stiffness. Cherries belong to an esteemed group of super fruits including blueberries, acai, pomegranate, yumberries, cranberries and goji berries -- all providing exceptionally high amounts of these pain-killing compounds. Cherries are rich in polynutrients and anthocyanins, which give the fruit its rich, reddish-purple color -- the deeper the color, the higher the level of antioxidants.

One of my goals is to focus on the solution not the problem to help myself and others create a new earth, the world we've all been dreaming of. I stumble every day, making mistakes and sometimes losing my way; however, I do my best to pull myself back and remind myself to focus on the outcomes I desire, and not the fear, sadness and grief that causes the problems. The realities we create come from paying attention to what we want, not what we don't want. This is what my work is about.

My main interests are in alternative and natural healthcare, wellness and green living. I practiced alternative medicine, classical homeopathy and holistic nutrition for over 30 years and am now retired. I'm currently a freelance writer and enjoy sharing what I know with others to help empower you to take care of yourself instead of falling prey to the system. I hope you enjoy my articles. I apologize in advance, but I cannot offer medical adviceor treat anyone online. It's a pleasure being here.

Colloidal silver (an antibiotic) has helped me reduce joint swelling in my hands that I think could be the beginnings of rheumatoid arthritis. Anytime it flares up I take another batch of collidal silver and the joints go back to normal.

SPRAY nutrients that are 90% absorbed in 22 to 30 seconds right into the blood stream through the inside lining of your mouth completely by-passing the gastro tract.

they are pure, organic nutrients with absolutely NO binders, fillers or wax of ANY kind.

Only in America... do we use the word 'politics' to describe the process so well: 'Poli' in Latin meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'.~

goji berries is part of the nightshade family. nightshade causes arthritis pain. tomatoes and potatoes are the worst offenders.

will check on this. much thanks. I really hate the pain and try to combat it naturally.
